How much time do your teachers spend on administrative tasks?

Surveys indicate that nearly 10% of classroom time, especially at the elementary level, is used by teachers and staff doing administrative tasks not relating to learning.  

Is the collection and processing of forms and fees from school or PTA/PTO/parent organization needs taking away from teachers' instructional time in your school?  Transferring these tasks to online systems can address this problem.  What are your experience and thoughts about this?
